Water Leak Detection
We find water leaks using one or a combination of the following methods: -
Gas method - Noise Correlation - Ground Microphones - Flow Logging
Ultrasonic damp measurements - Infrared imaging - Noise Logging
Here’s how to confirm whether there is a water leak on your property:
1: Turn off all your taps and other water-using fixtures to make sure that no water is running.
2: Find your water meter and see if the meter is turning when you are not using water.
3: If the meter is still turning, check toilets by holding a piece of toilet paper at the back of the toilet pan to see if there is water flowing into the pan.
4: Call in FINDALEAK to find the leak for you.
When there’s a leak, you pay for water you never use.
This costs you hundreds, if not thousands of Rand a month!
A single tap that drips at 1 drop per second uses 981 litres per month! = R 8.66 pm
